RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Black Rose Btqe, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items.

Return Window

• Shipped Orders: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Pick-Up Orders: You have 5 days from the date your order is "Ready for Pick Up" to request a return or exchange.

• In-Store Purchase Orders: You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

• Action Required: Once your return is approved, you must ship or drop off the item(s) within 24 hours.

How to Start a Return

• Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• All tags must be attached.

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Free of any damage (damaged items are considered Final Sale).

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Holiday Purchases: Any orders placed between December 1st – January 8th.

• Specific Items: Swimwear, Bodysuits, Leotards, Rompers/Jumpsuits, Leggings, Accessories, Sequin/Rhinestone items.

• Colors/Sizes: White or Light-colored clothing and "One Size" items.

• Other: Sale items, Items with any type of Discount, Layaway orders, Pre-orders/Restocks, and Gift Cards.

Store Credit & Fees

If your return is approved, you will receive Store Credit (we do not issue money back).

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order was marked as Free Shipping, we will deduct a $7.00 shipping fee.

• Usage: Store credit must be used entirely on your next purchase. Any remaining balance will not be saved for future use.

• Expiration: Store credit must be used within 90 days.

• Note: Items purchased with store credit are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged again.

PRE ORDER POLICY

All PRE ORDERS are considered FINAL SALE.

PRE ORDER Items may take up to 14 business days to arrive from the date that Black Rose Btqe places the order.

In order to order an item in PRE ORDER the client must pay a deposit (NON REFUNDABLE). If the client cancels the order or wants to exchange the item(s) the deposit will not be refunded.

If the client pays the order in full and decides to cancel the order before the item arrives - 50% of the orders total will be deducted and the remaining balance will be given in a Gift Card.

The client will have 5 days to pay the order in full. If we do not receive a reply within 5 days, the order will be cancelled automatically without refund.

The wait time provided is NOT guaranteed. This is an estimated wait time. As soon as we receive the order the customer will be contacted via TEXT MESSAGE.
