Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders will be shipped EVERYDAY - Tuesday through Friday.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Customer is responsible of verifying their email and tracking their package(s).
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Black Rose is NOT responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages, or any delays caused by the Postal Service. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
If the client provided the wrong address, the client is responsible of all shipping fees to re-send the order.
