Processing Time

• We ship orders Tuesday through Saturday.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed.

• Note: Shipping transit times do not include processing time.

• Priority Shipping $10.00

• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $150

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and monitoring their package’s progress.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Black Rose Btqe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed once they have been handed over to the USPS.
