Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders will be shipped EVERYDAY - Wednesday through Saturday. 

We have the following shipping options available for PR & USA:

• USPS Ground Package- $6.00 | Up to $100 insurance included via USPS Carrier
• USPS Priority Shipping - $10.00 | Your whole order is insured with this fee via USPS
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 | Up to $100 insurance included via USPS Carrier

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Customer is responsible of verifying their email and tracking their package(s).

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Black Rose is NOT responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages, or any delays caused by the Postal Service. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.

If the client provided the wrong address, the client is responsible of all shipping fees to re-send the order.
