Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Season Purchases are considered FINAL SALE (Orders placed from November 1st through January 31).
We have a 3-DAY return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 DAYS after your order has been confirmed as DELIVERED to request a return/exchange. Customer MUST ship item(s) within 24 hours after receiving approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via e-mail at support@tendenciabyblackrose.com , via text message, or Direct Message via Instagram. If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. Customer MUST ship the item(s) within 24 hours after receiving approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for store credit or exchange. Please read Store Credit and Exchange Policy below.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable: Holiday Season Purchases (November 1st through January 31), LAYAWAY ORDERS, PRE ORDER/RESTOCK Items, ONE SIZE Clothing, White & Light Colored Clothing Items, Swimwear, Leotard Romper/Jumpsuit, Bodysuits, Leggings, Sequin/Rhinestone Items, and Accessories.
If the customer damages the items these are considered Final Sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, store credits or gift cards.
Exchanges
For any size exchanges the client is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a STORE CREDIT. The store credit applied will be the order total minus the original shipping charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The client has 30 days to use the store credit.
No money return only store credit.
Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE. Any remaining balance will NOT be available for future use.
Merchandise paid with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, and exchanges.
