Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable: ONE SIZE Clothing Items, White Clothing Items, Swimwear, Bodysuits, and Accessories.

If the customer damages the items these are considered Final Sale. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
For any size exchanges the client is responsible for ALL shipping charges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a STORE CREDIT. Shipping costs are non refundable. The client has 30 days to use the store credit.

 

No money return only store credit.  

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, and exchanges.
